This course will enable you to understand how Salesforce can be used for better collaboration between sales and marketing.

The days of admins working exclusively in their marketing automation platform like Account Engagement are quickly coming to an end. As Salesforce continues to grow and provide more features to connect your martech, Salesforce skills are becoming essential for all digital marketers.

Students take advantage of weekly open office hours to get one-on-one support throughout the course. Get access to session recordings and training decks at the end of the course to continue learning and keep up the momentum. This course is a good milestone for those preparing for the Salesforce Associate Certification exam and the Salesforce Admin Certification exam, alongside additional studying.

  • Lesson One: Getting to know Salesforce and an introduction to Standard and Custom Objects and Fields
  • Lesson Two: Understanding Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities and how these work together
  • Lesson Three: Salesforce and Account Engagement campaigns and sync behavior
  • Lesson Four: An introduction to Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
  • Lesson Five: Using and reporting on marketing and sales data in Salesforce
  • Lesson Six: Campaign Influence and Salesforce automation
  • You will need access to Salesforce (Developer or Trailhead Playground) to participate in the course

    • Salesforce administrative access (or equivalent) is ideal
  • A working camera and mic to participate through Zoom video chat
  • Willingness to learn and participate
  • We recommend students plan to commit a minimum of 4-5 hours a week to this course, including the scheduled two-hour lecture session, the optional one-hour open office hour, and a recommended one hour of self-paced learning.

Seats for this bootcamp start at $2,400 USD per seat unless otherwise stated on this page due to a special promotion. We offer special pricing to nonprofits and educational institutions. If you are looking for group training or more tailored training, please review our private training page.

Depending on student participation, each training session during the bootcamp normally runs for 2 hours. This bootcamp also has an optional 1 hour office hour session.

All prerequisites for this bootcamp are listed in the prerequisite section of this page. It is expected that students will have their account to run training in.
