Edelman Fossil Park & Museum of Rowan University was born from the generosity of alumni Jean and Ric Edelman, driven by a mission to inspire action for a better world through the power of understanding the past. It is a one-of-a-kind museum where visitors can experience the wonder of first-hand fossil discovery and immerse themselves in the epic story of the dinosaurs.
But turning this vision into reality wasn’t without its hurdles. As a nonprofit museum gearing up for its grand opening, they faced the need to build a solid foundation of tools and systems from scratch.
A contact in Edelman Fossil Park & Museum’s network recommended Sercante to help them establish their foundational processes and streamline everything for a smooth opening and donor experience.
The Director of Community Development and Partnerships, Nicholas Sena, and the Director of Marketing & Growth, Heather Kang, met with Sercante, shared their goals, and the teams set out to build the necessary framework to prep for the museum’s grand opening.
