We want to ensure you have the best training experience possible. with that in mind, sometimes that means needing to cancel a scheduled training, whether that be due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event less than amazing. Hey, we don’t like doing it any more than you, but sometimes it’s just necessary.
If we do have to cancel a training we will personally notify each registrant via email and clearly outline the options available to you including refunds, transfer of registration, and rescheduling.
Our aim is to reschedule training sessions, but this may not always be possible due to timing or resourcing constraints. If a cancelled training session cannot be rescheduled we will notify you of this and clearly outline the options available to you.
Yes, if we cancel a scheduled training, registrants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to the newly scheduled time.
Yes, you will have the option to transfer your registration to an alternative training course of the same value. If you wish to transfer your registration to a course of a higher value the balance of payment will need to be paid.
Yes, the deadline to receive a refund for training is five business days before the training scheduled date. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests can be submitted to [email protected] and should include the registrant’s full name, the name of the course, and the course date. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
We understand that life can get busy due to unexpected meetings, absences from the office, and family emergencies. If you have registered but were unable to attend the event, you will still receive a link to the recording of the session as well as the training slide deck.
Amendments will be accepted via email ([email protected]), amendments must include the name of the original registrant, course date and course name. Please provide details of what amendment you would like to make i.e substituting one registrant for another or moving registration to another course.
