This course will help you get started with journeys, understand how to orchestrate different processes and understand best practices to build dynamic journeys.
Journey Builder is a powerful tool within Marketing Cloud Engagement that allows you to engage with your subscribers across the lifecycle. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to design and implement compelling customer journeys through personalized interactions based on a subscriber’s unique needs, desires, and preferences as well as their demographics and real-time behavioral data.
We’ll start out with a strategic journey mapping session followed by live instruction on how to build and design a journey leveraging best practices. Attendees will gain exposure to the various features included in Journey Builder as well as a better understanding of how to collect and analyze insights on the success of your journeys once they’ve been built and launched.
This Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder training will include time for Q&A at the end with our experts giving you all the essential tips, tricks, advice, and best practices you need to take your skills to the next level.
